In my classes, we move in every direction the body is meant to — forward, back, twisting, and side bending — for a complete, functional workout. I guide you with precision, breath, and flow, so you build strength, improve posture, and leave feeling balanced and energized.
YOGAVINI STYLE
Yoga — Spine-Centered Practice
Trained in Rishikesh, India with Yoga Vini School, my yoga classes focus on the natural movement of the spine. You’ll learn proper techniques, use targeted drills to enter poses, and notice real changes in your body over time.
SOUND THERAPY
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Certified Master in Gong (Level 5) from Maya Healing School, India. My sessions guide you into deep relaxation and emotional release through sound vibrations. Each experience is designed to restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
Engaging sessions blending creativity and wellness—art therapy, painting, Pilates, and yoga. Each workshop offers educational insights and hands-on experiences designed to inspire movement, self-expression, and personal growth.
