My goal is for you to leave every session
feeling lighter, stronger, and empowered.
Because movement is more than exercise —
it’s a way to reconnect with yourself,
release what no longer serves you,
and create space for healing and growth in everyday life.
And through my Academy,
I share this knowledge with future teachers —
educating them to bring safe, mindful, and effective Pilates
to more people across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

SPINE & POSTURE
For people with scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, or general postural issues.
Focus: spinal mobility, alignment, pain relief, posture correction.
PELVIC HEALTH & CORE
For postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, or weak core.
Focus: core activation, pelvic stability, breathwork integration.
INJURY REHAB & JOINT HEALTH
MOBILITY & FUNCTIONAL RECOVERY
For hips, knees, shoulders, or chronic pain conditions.
Focus: restoring mobility, reducing compensation patterns, building safe strength.
For stiffness, limited range of motion, or those coming back after long rest/inactivity.
Focus: flexibility, daily function, safe return to movement.
